Philosophy
With so much noise around screen time, phone addiction and digital wellbeing, we thought we'd share a few things that actually matter to us.
we're all in this together. most of us are navigating the same tension between loving our phones and wishing we used them a little less, and wondering how we got here.
technology is genuinely brilliant. the goal was never to use our phones less for the sake of it. it's to use them in a way that feels intentional rather than automatic.
shame doesn't work. labelling people as addicted or lacking willpower has never helped anyone change. we're not interested in that conversation.
don't judge. respect people's privacy.
balance looks different for everyone. there's no universal answer to what a healthy relationship with your phone looks like. we want to help you find yours.
change is easier together. it always has been and hopefully always will be.
listen to the people who've done the work. there are brilliant researchers, writers and thinkers who've spent years studying this stuff. we try to. you can find some of them in our experts section.
no phones in bedrooms. keep 'em in the kitchen.
live life, get outside and have fun.
